Nothing provided through our services constitutes:
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- Employment guarantees
You are solely responsible for how you use any materials provided.
4. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree:
- All information you provide is accurate and lawful
- You have the right to submit all materials
- You will not use services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- You will not interfere with or misuse the platform
You are solely responsible for your submitted content.
5. User Content and License

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refund Policy
a. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase
- Services may begin immediately upon payment
- All payments are processed via third-party providers
b. No Refund Policy (Strict Enforcement)
Due to the customized and digital nature of our services:
- All sales are final
- No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law
This applies regardless of:
- Satisfaction
- Usage
- Outcome
By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this policy.
c. Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
However:
- No refunds or prorated amounts will be issued upon cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until 11:59 PM (local time) on the day prior to your next billing date
- After that time, your subscription will terminate and you will not be billed again
d. Digital Service Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that:
- Services may begin immediately upon purchase
- Digital services are considered delivered once work begins or access is granted
- This eliminates eligibility for refunds under standard consumer return principles
e. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing services, you agree:
- Not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting support@reframedcareers.com
- That any dispute must be made in good faith
We reserve the right to:
- Contest any chargeback that is unauthorized, abusive, or made in bad faith
- Provide documentation of service delivery and agreement acceptance
- Suspend or terminate access to services
We further reserve all rights to pursue recovery of funds, fees, and associated costs to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee:
- Employment outcomes
- Interviews
- Job offers
We provide tools and support, not guaranteed results.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, systems, and materials (excluding user content) are the property of Reframed Careers.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any materials without written consent.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform unlawfully
- Upload malicious or harmful content
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Disrupt functionality
Violation may result in termination.
10. Termination

15. Binding Arbitration Agreement

All disputes arising from these Terms or services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration:

- Conducted under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules
- Held in the State of California
Arbitration is the exclusive remedy except for small claims court.
